Plura

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

We want you to be happy with Plura. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for plans and domains you buy from us. It does not cover purchases your customers make in your stores; each merchant sets their own refund policy for those.

1. Free trial

Your free trial costs nothing. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. We will remind you before the trial ends and your first payment is taken.

2. Cancelling a plan

3. Refunds for plans

4. Domains

Because a domain is registered with the registry as soon as you pay, domain registrations and renewals are not refundable once completed. If a registration fails on our side, you are refunded in full or offered the domain again at no charge.

5. Changing plans

When you switch to a higher plan, it applies immediately and the unused time on your old plan is credited towards your next invoice. Switching to a lower plan applies from your next renewal.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@example.com from your account's email address with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused until it is resolved.
